Rates
Non-Peak Season: ₱20,000 / night for up to 20 persons
Peak Season: ₱25,000 / night for up to 20 persons
👥 Maximum Capacity: 27 persons (including kids & visitors). Babies aged 1–2 years are not counted.
➕ Extra Person Fee: ₱500 per head per night beyond 20 pax

5 bedrooms, each with its own Toilet & Bath
Fully furnished spaces with complete dining and kitchen facilities
Total bed capacity: 27 pax
General Policies
🐾 Pets are not allowed
⏰ Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
💳 Reservation Policy: A 50% downpayment of the base rate is required within 3 days of booking. Balance must be settled at least 3 days before check-in. Full payment upon reservation is also accepted.
